摘要
Heterogeneous integration of SiGe/Ge and III-V semiconductors on Si platform enables low-power electronic-photonic integrated circuits because of their superior electronic and photonic properties. We discuss opportunities and challenges of SiGe/Ge and III-Vs for CMOS photonics.
