Classroom management and behavior support are essential components of effective teaching for all educators, making it important to understand where they seek support. The current study surveyed 251 teachers in United Arab Emirates to explore their current needs, preferences, and perspectives of the classroom management and behavior support resources available to them. The most trusted, relevant, understandable, implementable, and culturally relevant sources were other teachers, leaders, and support staff in the same school. Practice and research recommendations are outlined related to teacher training, professional development, journal clubs, resource development, dissemination of evidence-based approaches, and classroom management and behavior support policies.
