Organic ferroelectric materials are widely used in electronic and electromechanical devices such as sensors, high-density data storage, transducers, and modulators due to their unique ferroelectric, piezoelectric, and pyroelectric properties. The continuous miniaturization and rapidization have increasingly higher requirements for the micro-nano processing technology of organic electronic materials. This article aims to study the preparation method of organic ferroelectric material P (VDF-TrFE) nanostructure, using thermal nanoimprint technology and spin coating method to prepare organic ferroelectric material P (VDF-TrFE) to realize P (VDF-TrFE) TrFE) nanostructure, in-depth study of the key process of imprinting, including the depth of imprinting, the relationship between temperature and pressure, the influence of spin coating speed on the thickness of the organic ferroelectric film, and the optimal pressure Printing conditions. The experimental results show that in the P (VDF-TrFE) nanoimprint preparation process, different structures will affect the properties of the final material. After the improved preparation method in this article, the nanostructured organic ferroelectric film can maintain good piezoelectricity and Ferroelectric performance; ferroelectric performance is enchanced by 24.3%, which significantly enhances ferroelectric performance.
