摘要
The limited structural diversity of dictamnine, a bioactive furoquinoline alkaloid, restricts its drug discovery potential. To address this, we designed novel quinolinone-embedded cyclic diaryliodonium salts. These platforms enable a one-pot alkynylation/cyclization cascade granting efficient construction of the dictamnine framework with structural diversity and enabling the late-stage functionalization of drug molecules.
