摘要
Ultrasonic horns are mechanical devices used to magnify the signal emitted by a transducer. In the present paper it is presented a method for their shape optimization considering the contact stiffness between horn and attached tool. It is considered as objective function to minimize the volume in structural equilibrium conditions.
