摘要
The electrochemical properties of Ga2Se3 thin films prepared by thermal co-evaporation technique have been investigated for the first time. The reversible discharge capacity of 700 mAh g−1 was achieved for Li/Ga2Se3 cells cycled between 0 and 3.0 V at 0.1C. The discharge capacity after the 100th cycles was about 569.92 mAh g−1, keeping 71.24% of the first one. The classical alloying process of Li-Ga and selenylation/reduction between Ga and Se were proposed in the lithium electrochemical reaction of Ga2Se3 by using ex situ HRTEM and SAED measurements.
