Our previous study has shown that exosomes derived from human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUCMSCs-exo) alleviated burn-induced acute lung injury (ALI). In this study, we explored a novel mechanism by which hUCMSCs-exo contributed to the inhibition of burn-induced ALI.
