Abstract A holistic suite of 4th Industrial Revolution solutions has been developed to predict, prevent and detect leaks for on-plot and off-plot piping systems and vessels at an oil production complex. The production system relies on an off-plot pipeline network stretching 2,500+ km to transmit crude oil from 1,000+ wells to a processing complex consisting of nine (9) dispersed Gas-Oil Separation Plants (GOSPs). The suite includes eight (8) diverse solutions which were selected and deployed in light of a fit-for-purpose 4IR strategy. Collectively, the suite forms the "Pipeline Reliability And Integrity Solution Enterprise". PRAISE supports vigilance to protect people and the environment from leaks, expedites response should one occur, extends pipeline asset lifespan, reduces cost, maximizes manpower productivity and provides decision support. This paper describes why PRAISE was needed, how the strategy which inspired it was developed in an operation complex recently designated as an Advanced 4IR Global Lighthouse by the World Economic Forum, which technologies it presently consists of, what benefits it has produced and who can contribute to it or adopt it. From leak prediction, through prevention, to detection, PRAISE represents a unique integration between a holistic 4IR solution suite with holistic pipeline reliability and integrity management expertise. The operator's experience can be adopted at any facility managing on-plot piping systems and off-plot pipelines.
