Content Determination of Magnolol and Honokiol in "Hou-Po" by HPLC

The contents of honokiol and magnolol in Hou-Po and its substitutes were determined by HPLC.The results displayed that the substantial differences existed in the contents of magnolol and honokiol between the authentic Hou-Po and its substitutes,as well as among the authentic Hou-Po in different habitants.
