Objective To observe the efficacy of 3% hypertonic saline combined with salbutamol inhalation in bronchiolitis.Methods 96 cases children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into the treatment group(47 cases)and the control group(49 cases),the two groups in the same treatment,the children in control group were treated with 0.9% saline combined with salbutamol inhalation,the treatment group were treated with 3% hypertonic saline combined with salbutamol inhalation,and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The total effective rate was 97.87% in the treatment group and 89.8% in control group.The disappearance time of symptoms,physical signs and hospitalizing time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of 3% hypertonic saline combined with salbutamol inhalation in bronchiolitis is superior to 0.9% saline combined with salbutamol inhalation.
