The Research on Outsourcing of Human Resource Management(HRM)

As global economic integration and the rapid development of information technology,more and more enterprises outsource business they are not good at,and achieve a superior position in the market filled with fierce competition.At present,most human resource management outsourcing is being taken for the purpose of achieving greater efficiency and enhancing core competence.Starting from the definition of outsourcing,this paper defines the concept of the outsourcing of human resources management,and compares the different way of using human resources outsourcing between domestic and foreign enterprises,analyzes the advantages of the management of human resources outsourcing,discusses the process and steps of human resource management outsourcing from five aspects in detail.
