Synthesis of fluorine containing polyacrylate and its application

Using acrylic and alkanol as raw materials,alkyl acrylate soft monomers with different length of carbon chain were synthesized.With fluorine containing acrylate functional monomers and acrylate soft monomers as materials for emulsion polymerization,the fluorine polyacrylate emulsion with excellent stability was obtained.The application of fluorine polyacrylate emulsion in fabric finishing was investigated.Two dipping and two padding finishing technology was adopted,and the treated fabrics were dryed at 110 ℃ for 1 min,cured at 170 ℃ for 3 min.The water-repellency of the treated fabrics could reach grade 3~4 and oil-repellency could reach grade 2,the contact angle was 130.4°.
