Survey on the Inorganic Arsenic and Its Valence in Food

Objective This study was by using the Hydride Generation-Atomic fluoresence spectromery to determine the inorganic arsenic,As~ 3+ and As~ 5+ in the food. Methods 6 mol/L HC1 was drawn the inorganic arsenic from the food,and it was analyzed under 2 mol/L HC1 condition.In order to determine the different valence of Arsenic,we used the toluene to extract the As~ 3+ from inorganic arsenic into it. Results The recovery of this method was inoranic arsenic:85%～105%,As~ 3+:85%～110%,As~ 5+:90%～110%;the RSD of this method was As~ 3+:7.65%,inorganic arsenic:5.53%. Conclusion This method has a high detective sensitivity,little interfere,and improved the analyze speed.
