Applications of Chiral Bis(oxazoline) in Asymmetric Synthesis

Chiral bis(oxazoline)ligands are applied widely to the asynmmetric henry reaction,cyclopropanation reaction,aldol reaction,alkylation reaction,cycloaddition reaction,etc.Bis(oxazoline)compounds have been shown to be one of the most useful ligands demonstrating good to high enantioselectivities and catalytic activity.The applications of chiral bis(oxazoline)ligands and polyer-supported chiral bis(oxazoline)s in asymmetric synthesis over the last 10 years are reviewed.
