Algorithm Realization of Transitive Relations

The judgment of transitive binary relation is a difficult point in discrete mathematic. There are many ways to judge whether a relation transitive or not. This article gives a necessary and sufficient condition to decide a transitive binary relation, and an algorithm to realize by computer.
