Structure of multiple micro-holes is widely used in various fields and attention is more and more paid to its technology. In this paper,a technology called Photographic Electrochemical Machining(PECM) with several advantages, such as higher machining rate and better precision is proposed, which is used to machine the group holes.Effects of conditions, such as electrolyte concentration, electrolyte pressure and applied machining voltage on machining results, are investigated. The experiment results show that high applied machining voltage and electrolyte pressure can improve the uniformity of array-holes significantly, while the taper of holes reduces evidently by using low voltage and low electrolyte concentration.Array-holes of uniformity and low taper can be gained by the combination with high and low voltage.
