An overview of the study on the impurities and the method of eliminating the impurity in the phosphogypsum

Phosphogypsum is a solid waste in the process of wet-process phosphoric acid production and it is a great part of chemical gypsum in China.This paper first introduced the characteristics and the applications of phosphogypsum at present.The impurities in the phosphorus gypsum has been classified and discussed,and the study on the techniques of eliminating the impurities of phosphogypsum has been classified.The characteristics of the various methods for eliminating the impurity were summarized.
