摘要
This paper presents a thought about reducing the output fluctuation of the controller in accordance with the yarn's constant tension control system's particularity in application. By analyzing both classical PID controller and PID controller with dead-zone's working principle, the paper chose MATLAB to simulate these controllers [1] . According to the simulation results and related formulas, the paper reaches a conclusion that the PID controller with dead-zone can truly reduce the output fluctuation of the controller, which provides reference opinions for relevant researchers.
