摘要
This chapter provides a comprehensive review of the concept of service failure and the types of service failures in tourism and hospitality. It also discusses customers' responses to service failures and the most common mistakes when dealing with service failures in hospitality settings. Some guidance is then offered in evaluating a service failure situation and in dealing with service recovery.
