The Experimental Research of Chinese Medicine Fufang Kechuankang's Impact to Pulmonary Fibrosis in Rats' Lung Coefficient and Lung Tissue Morphology Which Are Caused By Bleomycin A5

Objective:To investigate the Fufang Kechuankang's impact to Pulmonary fibrosis in rats' lung coefficient and lung tissue morphology,which are caused by Bleomycin A5.Methods:60 healthy SD rats are randomly divided into normal group,model group,Chinese medicine Kechuankang group and the hormone group.In addition to the normal group,the other three groups' rats are made to become pulmaonary fibrosis by injecting bleomycin A5 through the trachea to manufacture model.Each group is given its corresponding drugs after the 1st day of manufacturing model.Rats are killed in the 7th,14th,28th day in groups,5 rats each time for each group.We observe the lung tissue's morphology changes and the comparisons among each group's lung coefficient,after each group's cure method.Results:Chinese medicine Kechuandang group's lung coefficient is clearly decreasing and is significantly different,compared with the model group(P0.01).Lung tissue pathology shows that alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis are significantly alleviated.Conclusion:Chinese medicine Fufang Kechuankang has significant inhibition to pulmonary fibrosis in rats,which is caused by bleomycin A5.
