Research on Vacuum Brazing Process in Stainless Steel Tube-plate Joint

The vacuum brazing joint of stainless steel tube-plate was discussed.The suitable parameters of temperature and heat preservation for vacuum brazing were obtained.The microstructure and composition of the welded joint were analyzed.The results show that the inner and outer quality,the sealing performance and mechanical properties of the brazed joint are fine by using the obtained optimal parameters.
