Issues about Instructors' Prestige in Colleges

Instructors as full-time supervisors of students foster students' ideology in colleges. The effects of education and supervision are directly influenced by their prestige to students. The author puts forward three ways at the angle of college in which instructors can mature steadily and gain much prestige. Meanwhile, the author points out that an instructor should improve his own comprehensive quality in three ways that are very important for an instructor to gain prestige.
