Progress in Research of Sex Pheromone of Peach Leafminer Moth,Lyonetia Clerckella Linnaeus

The progress in the researches of the sex pheromone of peach leafminer moth,Lyonetia Clerckella Linnaeus,was reviewed.Chemical component,activity identification and chemical structure of the sex pheromone were introduced,while the emphasis was based on Several synthetic routes of optically active(S)-14-Methyl-1-octadecene,including chiral pool,chiral auxiliary,chiral reagent,chiral catalyst.The application of the sex pheromone of peach leafminer moth on the control of peach leafminer moth was demonstrated.Both the prospects and trends in this field were discussed.
