Natural Macromolecules as the Material for Drug Delivery Microsphere Carriers

In this paper,the advance of natural macromolecules as the material for drug delivery microsphere carriers is summarized,and the classification of the materials,preparation and characterization of microspheres,the uses and administration of microspheres containing drug,and the existing problems are described in detail.
