Present situation and prospect of rapid detection of organophosphate and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetable with enzyme inhibition method

This paper summarizes the present situation,detection principle,application and insufficient problems of the rapid detection of organophosphate and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetable with enzyme inhibition method.The enzyme inhibition method only needs short time,low cost,simple operation,and it becomes an effective initial method for controlling pesticide residues in China nowadays.
