Extraction,Purification and Determination of Polysaccharide in Gastrodia elata

The polysaccharide in Gastrodia elata was extracted with water.The crude polysaccharide was purified and the content of the polysaccharide was determined.The condition of each factor for extracting from Gastrodia elata was studied in the paper.The experiments showed that crude polysaccharide in Gastrodia elata was 12.93%,the purified polysaccharide was 9.22%.The content of polysaccharide in the raw polysaccharides was 38.427%,and in the pure one was 54.57% under the best conditions selected.
