Analysis of Juvenile Delinquency and the Characteristics the Corrent Situation

Juvenile delinquency has become a major social issue in the world.It is also one of the major issues affecting China's building of a harmonious society.Current status of juvenile delinquency is :form the scale,the proportion of juvenile delinquency is increasing;from the age,it is young trend of the juvenile delinquency;form the juvenile delinquency form,it even has the property of gangdom;from the criminal method,it is simple and developing towards the violence and public;from the related factor,the relation between network and juvenile delinquency is increasingly close.From the education transfomation of juvenile delinquency,it has the recurring property.(This paper is the interm results granted by the Henan University of Science and Technology research fund).
