Analysis of VMI in Leather Shoe Supply Chain Inventory Management

Recently,overstock has become a major concern of leather shoe enterprises.It is crucial for enterprises to efficiently manage inventory and decrease inventory level.Based on inventory management status of leather shoe stores,this paper analyzes reasons of inventory.Then,it proposes an inventory management model and gives some inventory management strategies to decrease inventory of supplier and retailer.It hopes those strategies can help enterprises in managing inventory.
