An Investigation on Additives for Lead Frame inHigh Speed Electroplating for Tin-lead Alloy

The influences of the additive compositions on electroplating process were studied experimentally. A novel additive for high speed electroplating process of tin-lead in a methanesulfonic acid bath was developed.Based on the study on the influences of the process variables,the parameters of electroplating process were confirmed.
