Effect of low temperature stress on cold resistance of Cinnamomum camphora seedling

After treating the fresh leaf of two-year-old Cinnamomum camphora seedlings under 0℃,-5℃,-10℃,-15℃ and-20℃ respectively,this experiment determined the cold resistance of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings by measureing electrolyte exosmosis rate,the hyperoxide mutase SOD activity,MDA content,CAT activity and O2.content.The results indicated that the cold resistance of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings was weaker under-10℃.It indicated that Cinnamomum camphora seedlings which was moved to the north would be injuried when it survived the winter open ground under-10℃.Therefore,it should be payed attention to cold and be maintained warm.
