AIM: To study the stability of complexes of Fluconazole and other four antibiotics at 25℃. METHODS: The samples of the complexes were collected at the 2nd,4th,6th and 24th hour after mixing Fluconazole and other four antibiotics at 25℃ and the contents of Fluconazole and the antibiotics were determined by means of HPLC. The pH of the samples were also determined. RESULTS: There were no visible changes in terms of the appearance, PH, forms of peaks and retaining times of the complexes. In the complexes, the contents of Fluconazole and Piperacillin maintained more than 90% of their initial levels, while the contents of the other three tested drugs dropped by more than 10% of their initial levels. CONCLUSION: Fluconazole and the other four antibiotics are compatible. The contents of Fluconazole are stable under the experiment condition. The complex should be administrated as soon as it is made.
