摘要
Lithium ferric phosphate powder is synthesized with microwave hydrothermal process using FeSO4·7H2O,Li2CO3 and NH4H2PO4 feed.The influence by reaction temperature on the appearance of lithium ferric phosphate powder is studied,and the phase composition,appearance and crystal structure are analyzed.The result shows that,by using the advantages of microwave and hydrothermal synthesis,the produced lithium ferric phosphate powder offers pure phase and good crystallinity.
