An effective multiresidual high-performance liquid chromatographic method coupled with mass-spectrometric detection was developed for the trace analysis and validation of 15 quinolones(oxolinic acid,nalidixic acid,flumequine,fleroxacin,ofloxacin,enoxacin,norfloxacin,ciqrofloxacin,enrofloxacin,lomefloxacin,danofloxacin,orbifloxacin,difloxacin,sarafloxacin and sparfloxacin) in aquatic products.The targets were extracted from homogenised tissues using acetonitrile and the extracts were subjected to a stong cation exchange(SCX) solid phase extraction(SPE) cartridges.The linear range was 0~100 μg/L and the correlation coefficients were 0.9924~0.9992.The average recoveries of 15 quinolones and the relative standard deviations ranged from 79.9%~93.8% and 4.8%~14.6%,respectively,in spiked tissue samples at concentration levels ranging from 0.002 mg/kg to 0.04 mg/kg of each quinolone.This method is suitable for aquactic products.
