Research on Method of Synchronization Analysis of Ursolic Acid and Oleanolic Acid in Ilex kudincha

【Objective】Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were analyzed in Ilex kudincha.【Methods】In situ pretreatment-TLC was adopted to determine the content of both ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Ilex kudincha,of which different parts,harvesting time and collected places were compared.【Results】The ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Ilex kudinchacould be well separated and identified simultaneously.【Conclusion】In Ilex kudincha,the content of ursolic acid was higher and the content of oleanolic acid was lower.
