Sensor Array Design for Toxic Gas Detection in Electronic Nose System

The appearance of electronic nose comes from the need of gas detection. With the increasingly extensive development of sensor technology and electronic nose technology, electronic nose has played a great role in gas detection, and the gas detection performance is also significantly improved. In order to detect gas, people have developed an electronic nose system to simulate the nose of animals. It consists of sensor array and data processing module. This paper mainly introduces the design of the sensor array of the electronic nose system. The hardware part of the sensor array of this system includes the selection of the sensors used in the sensor array, the design of the readout circuit of the sensor array, and the introduction of the function of the module.
