Dual functionality of mixed Cu-based two-dimensional (2D) heterostructures derived from electronic waste

Cu-based heterojunction ultrathin layered films, fabricated from e-waste, showed a dual-functionality for energy storage and energy harvesting applications. LCA of this e-waste valorisation highlighted the importance of such value-added recycling.
