Case 28-2019: A 22-Year-Old Woman with Dyspnea and Chest Pain

A 22-year-old woman with congenital heart disease and joint laxity presented to the hospital because of chest pain, cough, and dyspnea. When she was 2 months of age, bronchiolitis had developed, and at 24 months she had undergone a right upper lobectomy for congenital lobar emphysema. A diagnostic test was performed.
