摘要
We studied the laser annealing of CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite film in solar cell structure using pulsed Nd:YAG laser radiation with a wavelength of 1064 nm. Laser annealing was used to produce a continuous, homogeneous perovskite film with a high crystalline perfection that can improve perovskite solar cells characteristics. Numerical simulation of laser annealing is performed to obtain the temperature distribution in perovskite precursor / TiO2 / FTO / glass substrate structure and determine the energy density of the laser radiation, which is necessary for perovskite crystallization. The obtained results of the simulation are consistent with the experimental studies. We show that the optimum energy density of laser annealing is 50-140 mJ/cm2, at which the crystal grains of the perovskite film vary in the range from 110 to 490 nm. This research can be used for perovskite solar cells technological processes automatization.
