Continuous monitoring of human physiological signals is essential for effective health management. This paper presents the design of a physiological signal monitoring system utilizing a novel mattress-integrated polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric thin-film sensor. The system captures physiological signals induced by body vibrations and extracts key parameters such as heart rate, respiration rate, and apnea events. To achieve accurate signal interpretation, an adaptive multi-stage heart rate estimation algorithm and a multi-feature fusion apnea detection algorithm are implemented. Experimental results show that, compared to finger-clip pulse oximetry, the system's heart rate measurements have an average error of approximately 5\%, and the apnea detection accuracy reaches 91.6\% across various body positions.
