摘要
Solanum melongena L.was as for tested matrial, effect of dibutyl phthalate on amount of Verticillum dahlae and microbial community in the rhizosphere of eggplants was studied at their different concentrations. The regulation effects of dibutyl phthalat on Verticillum dahlae and microorganism in the rhizosphere of eggplants were discussed. Results showed that dibutyl phthalate indicated an inhibitory effect on amount of Verticillum dahlae.Of which,0.5 mmol/L dibutyl phthalate presented the best inhibitory effect.Florescence, amount of Verticillum dahlae in each treatment was significant lower than control. As a whole, dibutyl phthalate simulated the root exudats of grafted eggplants as one of the main components in root exudates changed microbial community structure in rhizosphere of eggplants, with decrease of fungi(F),increase of bacteria(B) and actinomyces(A),enhancement of the ratios of B to F and A to F.
