摘要
In this study, the effect of different exocyclic substituents on the electron transfer ability of metalloporphyrin was investigated. The obtained optimal metalloporphyrins were then fabricated into porphyrin-based COFs materials (COF-366-Zn) through reversible condensation between aldehydes and amines. And it was modified on graphene oxide (GO) to make COF-366-Zn/GO composite as the modification material of glassy carbon electrode (GCE). COF-366-Zn and COF-366-Zn/GO were fully characterized using SEM, EDX, XRD, BET, FT-IR, XPS methods which revealed the formation of COF-366-Zn and spherical structure. The sensor made from this material exhibited high sensitivity and selectivity for the detection of tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ). The response of as developed sensor was linear in the range of 2.5–500 µM TBHQ, R2 = 0.9955. The sensor had negligible response to various interfering substances. Furthermore, this sensor is also used for TBHQ detection in plant oil successfully with acceptable recovery.
