摘要
This paper aims to explore human-robot collaborative assembly systems that enable efficient assembly operations through coexistence, interaction, cooperation, and collaboration between humans and robots. First, the paper defines the concept of human-computer interaction and makes clear that the research focus includes the relationship between human and robot, path planning, safety design and task assignment. By studying these key issues, the advantages and challenges of human-robot collaborative assembly systems can be revealed. The research results show that the human-robot collaborative assembly system has significant advantages. First, through cooperation and collaboration between humans and robots, the efficiency and quality of assembly operations can be improved. Secondly, the optimization of path planning and task allocation can reduce the waste of time and resources in the assembly process. In addition, the consideration of safety design can ensure the operation safety of man-machine collaborative assembly system. However, human-robot collaborative assembly systems also face some challenges. It includes optimizing task allocation and scheduling, communication and collaboration between workers and robots. In order to overcome these challenges, this paper discusses the future development direction of human-robot collaborative assembly systems.
