Because mental health problems have become the focus of global attention, how to effectively monitor and improve the psychological state of individuals based on scientific and technological means has become an important research direction. Based on brain-computer interface (BCI) technology, this paper proposes a psychological state monitoring and feedback system, which analyzes the psychological states of individuals such as anxiety, stress, and mood swings based on real-time monitoring of the brain wave activity of the research subjects, and then provides personalized feedback suggestions for them. Based on experiments with users aged 18-30, 31-45, 46 and above, the results showed that the anxiety index of the younger group decreased from 75 to 65 and the stress index decreased from 70 to 60 after the BCI technical intervention. The anxiety index of middle-aged users dropped from 78 to 70, and the stress index dropped from 80 to 75. Experimental data show that BCI technology has a significant effect on improving individual psychological state, and can provide strong technical support for personalized mental health intervention. It is proved that BCI technology can effectively monitor and improve the mental health status of users, especially in relieving anxiety and stress, showing significant advantages and has a wide range of application prospects.
