摘要
Abstract Copper‐based nanozymes have demonstrated remarkable potential in biocatalysis, environmental remediation, and biosensing owing to their unique laccase‐like activity. This review systematically summarizes recent advances in copper‐based nanozymes according to different types of copper‐based materials, including biomolecular coordination complexes, metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs), nitrogen‐ligand coordination systems, polymer composites and inorganic copper/copper oxide nanostructures, focusing on their structural design, activity modulation mechanism and diverse applications. The structure‐activity relationship (SAR) was also highlighted in this review. This review further outlines current challenges and further research directions, including the development of single‐atom catalyst, enhancement of selectivity, and expansion into novel application areas.
