摘要
The experimental investigation for three acclivitous holes machining was conducted in order to increase for the growing demand for higher productivity and reduced costs of machining need. The present investigation employed four feed rate for 00Cr19Ni10 material workpiece, and measured surface roughness, radial runout of workpiece and micro hardness. The results showed that the surface integrity of three acclivitous holes obtained by 0.16 mm/rev feed rate with boring tool's back-rake angle 8deg were superior to that obtained by the previous boring processes. Radial runout precision was highest when feed rate and boring tool's back-rake angle were 0.13 mm/rev and 6deg, respectively. According to experimental results, the cutting angle of boring tool and structure of tool arbor were improved. In addition, economical benefits were analyzed for machining processes improved.
