Tripterygium wilfordii for the treatment of endometriosis

Recent years have seen more and more studies on the ingredients and pharmacological action of the traditional Chinese herbal drug Tripterygium wilfordi.It has been used in the treatment of many diseases and exhibited obvious clinical effects.This paper focuses on the ingredients and pharmacological action of Tripterygium wilfordii,particularly on its clinical effect and action mechanism in the treatment of endometriosis.Its toxic effect is also discussed.
