Study on the output characteristics of liquid electrolyte oxygen sensor in different volume fraction of oxygen and oxygen partial pressure.The output of the liquid electrolyte oxygen sensor in different volume fraction of oxygen and oxygen partial pressure is measured and the output data is processed with the least square method to get the curves of output characteristics.The result indicates that liquid electrolyte oxygen sensor has a good linearity to the volume fraction of oxygen and oxygen partial pressure,based on the analysis of the output characteristics curve.The huge pressure impact may destroy the working electrode and further influence the properties of the sensor.However,adding the powder metallurgical coating can avoid the damage of pressure impact but it can also prolong the response time of the sensor.
