摘要
The bacteriostatic effects of cosmetic antiseptic of Nipagin Ester,on observed standard bacteria,such as E.coli,steph aureus,candida albicans,aspergillus niger,B.green rod,treated by different antiseptic concentrations of 0.04%,0.06%,0.08%,0.10%,and 0.20% and with different exposure periods of 6,24,48,and 72 hours,and 5,7 days,were determined with antiseptic effectiveness assessment.The results showed that,the bacteriostatic effective concentrations detected by antiseptic effectiveness assessment were assay 0.04%,0.06%,0.08%,and 0.10% respectively,and invalid antiseptic was effectiveness detected by antiseptic effectiveness assessment,only abserved in B.Green rod exposed to Nipagin Ester.
