Design of testing equipment for automatic torque wrench

This article describes the test device of torque wrench on the structure,performance and index.Torque loaded to wrench is detected and transformed by torquer sensor and transducer.The torque is converted by reducer 30∶1.According to practical detection of torque wrench,the performance index of the test device can meet the demand of users.The test process is completed automatically and can greatly reduce the labor intensity.
