Implications of Internalization Theory to the Multinational Operations of Chinas Enterprises

Internalization is one of the salient theories in the field of international direct investment. In view of the actual circumstances of multinational operations of Chinas enterprises, the author argues that it is beneficial to their healthy and continuous development to study the internalization theory and extract its essence.
